As our annual Mount Shasta Retreat has evolved, we have integrated & refined our yearly offerings at this event. Breathwork activations and sacred ceremony has taken us through the shadows of our psyche and into the light of presence and truth. We honore these teachings deeply, we have witnessed the power of transformation these wisdom teachings carry and its here to stay!
